BSBIOS honors the Rural Workers Union of Passo Fundo

Last Friday (07), BSBIOS delivered a plate to the president of the Rural Workers Union of Passo Fundo, Alberi Ceolin, for the gold jubilee. The honor happened during a visit to the industry facilities, in Passo Fundo (RS). The chief executive officer of BSBIOS, Erasmo Carlos Battistella, highlighted the entity’s action. "At its 50 years, the Union accomplished a serious and committed work towards the defense of the rural family’s interests," emphasized the businessman. Alberi Ceolin thanked for the honor and the partnership of the company with more than 700 associates. "Throughout years of fight, the union obtained several victories for farmers, we have seen sorrow on people’s faces for 20 years, today, everything we see is happiness because of the biodiesel contribution" said Battistella. "BSBIOS is so directly linked to small farmers that at least 35% of all acquisition of grains is result from the production of around fifteen thousand family farmers, soybean and canola producers in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and Paraná," stated Battistella.
